Our experience was both positive and negative. This is actually not for the Ford store rather the Hyundai store. It comes up as Ford on the survey though. Our salesman was based out of the GMC store and was referred to us via our personal banker.

Friendly Knowledgeable and excellent customer service on a multi vehicle purchase
bought a used truck that Skillman put new tires on and forgot to tighten the LR lug nuts and the tire came loose. Thankfully it did not happen on the highway at 60 mph. I felt something wrong when I got home and told me husband to check it and he found the tire loose and one lug nut/stud broken off. So much for your 100 point check before the sale!!

I showed up with a very nice metallic blue F150. I just gotten done telling him I didn’t want any white, black, gray silver, etc. colors. What does he do? He shows me a grayish green vehicle. I instead chose a very nice copper color. Bronco that was in the lineup. Please don’t try and read my mind and steer me towards a particular vehicle. Just show me what is available in my model and price range. Let me make the choice.

Our salesman, Gebrill Caldwell, was exceptionally knowledgeable about the model we choose, and was friendly and professional. The sales manager did a nice job negotiating without being pushy or evasive. Shout-out to JR Taylor for taking the time to set up blue-link and explain the electronics. We never felt pressure, nor did we sense anyone was trying to pull anything over on us.

The process was easy and smooth. However, when I took my car home at night. The next day I discovered the car had hardly been cleaned on the inside. I had to wash every single window inside the car.

Kasey Johnson is unprofessional. Dealership put me in a vehicle that was a piece of junk. Kacey is not only unprofessional, she claims to have multiple managers, is condescending to customers and retaliates when things don't go her way. I will never buy from a Skillman dealership again. Edited to add, I left a message for Kacey's manager and have not received the courtesy of a callback. Publicly, the Skillman dealership paints a picture that they wish to help, but the facts as I see them are to the contrary.
