I showed up with a very nice metallic blue F150. I just gotten done telling him I didn’t want any white, black, gray silver, etc. colors. What does he do? He shows me a grayish green vehicle. I instead chose a very nice copper color. Bronco that was in the lineup. Please don’t try and read my mind and steer me towards a particular vehicle. Just show me what is available in my model and price range. Let me make the choice.

We never felt pressure, nor did we sense anyone was trying to pull anything over on us.

Has to be my best experience when it comes to buying a car. When normally you’re stuck there for three hours or more when you go buy a new car waiting and dealing with paperwork. Excellent experience on a new vehicle purchase. The salesman was knowledgeable and very transparent on the costs and adders and the credit manager was on his game with good guidance and no pressure for the infamous “dealer add-ons”. They also got a notice the day of my purchase, after I left, of an additional rebate and were honest enough to get that for me! Really good customer care on their part.

Overall decent experience. I was told that a few paint knocks could be taken care of by paint guy that comes every week. After we purchased, I brought it up to the salesman about getting that taken care of and he acted like the conversation never occurred.

Everything went great like normal at Skillman.
Drove from Cincinnati to look and drive a 2015 Mustang Convertible they had online. I asked a bunch of questions about the car, since you can only see so much in the photos. We decided to drive out and the car was exactly how they described. After a test drive and a short negotiation we settled on a price. Overall it was an excellent experience. I dealt with Ashley, Rob, Sean at the dealership. Cameron delivered the car, no charge to my front door. They also fixed a problem with the windshield washer and took care of an open recall.
