Randy is Ray Skillman Ford’s Commercial Sales Manager. He has been in the automotive industry for over 34 years, first in sales and most recently in Management. Randy brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role and is often referred to as “the truck guy.”
He has many interests and hobbies outside the dealership, including farming a small farm in southwestern Indiana. He has an apiary (honey bees), an orchard and a sawmill. He also enjoys riding his bicycle, playing pickle ball, attending his church, hunting and fishing and spending time with his 7 grandchildren.
Mike has been with the Skillman group for over 11 years, and has been in the industry for over 20. He brings 13 years of Commercial knowledge as he helps businesses with their automotive needs. Outside of business, he is a grandfather of two and is a fan of any motorsports events.
Josh is a fresh face on our Commercial Truck Sales Team, with a knack for understanding the needs of businesses big and small. With a background in traditional sales and a passion for helping clients find the perfect vehicle solutions, Josh brings a unique perspective to the table.
Armed with enthusiasm and commitment to customer satisfaction, he’s eager to dive into the world of Commercial Truck Sales and make a difference for his clients.
Derek Young has been with Ray Skillman Ford for over 11 years and in the car sales business for over 13 years. He is very knowledgeable with trucks especially considering he has a background of growing up farming with his family for many years.
Outside of work he enjoys golfing, traveling, outdoor activities such as hiking and camping, cooking especially grilling, and being with family and friends. Derek is very committed to helping customers find the right vehicle to solve their everyday business needs and delivering the best experience possible!
David Freund has been a dedicated member of the Ray Skillman team for over 3 years, specializing in assisting companies in finding the perfect vehicles to support their business ventures and commercial vehicle needs. Beyond his work at the dealership, David enjoys spending time with friends and family, hitting the golf course for a round of golf, or gathering to watch sporting activities.
