I worked with Gebrill Caldwell to purchase a Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy Hybrid vehicle that was actually on another Skillman lot. When I said I was interested, he had it moved to the Greenwood South location lot within the day and he sent me a cell phone video of the actual car. Gebrill was very attentive and knowledgeable and answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. The purchase was done quickly (within a couple of hours) and I was satisfied with my purchase and trade-in transaction. Very good overall!!

My salesman, Joe Marcello. Bent over backward to make buying another vehicle as painless as possible. He went above and beyond what I would bet most salesman would. My daughter also bought a vehicle there the same time I bought mine. She had a ton of problems with the vehicle she bought but Joe along with the managers at race Goodman Ford Greenwood made things right. Once again they went above and beyond what they had to do to make everything right.

This is my third car purchased at this dealership. I have been happy each time, though would always love a better deal. I purchased a Hyundai Kona SE but it would not let me change it on the question below.

Derek was great. I reached out via the website and explained my situation. Didn’t push like most salesmen, kept me informed daily that the truck I wanted was still available. He had everything ready to go once I got there to make the process as smooth as possible.

Kensey and Zach were really good to work with. I found myself fed up from looking for cars on Craig’sList (which should be retired already) and Facebook Marketplace. I wasn’t desperate for a car but I was certainly over the private party sellers who couldn’t answer any questions, most of the time couldn’t speak English, were asking retail prices, ghosted me or never responded, and tried pathetic scams. Very happy with the purchase of the 2026 Hyundai Tucson and the process of buying with JR! At the time I wasn’t looking to purchase when I brought my 2019 Santa Fe in for two recall notices. But the deal was too good to pass up.
This purchase was pretty seamless. Once we were sure the truck would fit in the garage, the actual purchase was maybe 20min. The prep wash took the longest of everything & that is totally fine.

Derrick Day made the financing extremely easy and stress free with competitive rates to our bank. This is the second vehicle we have purchased from this dealership. We have our first purchased vehicle serviced here, and will continue to have the old and new one serviced here, as the service department folks are top notch as well. We will definitely purchase our next new vehicle from here in several years!

Ray Skillman Ford in Greenwood has a great group of sales people to work with. Derek Y, Derrick D, Ken and Brock made my purchase easy and fast. They answered all my questions and never made me feel inferior about my knowledge or cars. They are never pushy and never try to get you in to a vehicle that you can't afford. I appreciate the fact that they are open late and on Saturdays!!
Derrick day made the financing process very easy we are repeat customers now and he and Carver are the main reason we keep coming back both treat us like friends have all the answers to our questions on everything. Will be going back to set up the the Ford Pass and go through the systems for the truck as we did not have the time to do it that day and they were busy as well so we decided we would come back and have more time for a onetime.

I have received extremely great service from the service department which is why I only shopped at Ray Skillman Ford for this vehicle.
I met with Zach Caudill and he was great, upfront and honest from the beginning. I was so worried about my F-150 being accepted as a trade in and I got so much more than I thought I would get for it. He also had all of the paperwork ready for when I got there and so it was minimal waiting around, like most car lots. He will be my go to guy if I want to get another Hyundai from them. I will definitely be recommending him to friends and family.

Both salesman (Riley and Brad) were very informative and helpful with out being pushy. Clayton Moore is very open & honest about financing and what you are getting for the price being paid. I live almost 3 hrs away and they are going to deliver my car to me which is not a service you can find anymore. I will definitely be recommending Ray Skillman Ford and let people know it is worth the drive. I usually stress out when having to deal with dealerships but you guys made it a very enjoyable process.

Easy going salesmen. Vehicles were easy to find and in condition described online. The usual let me check or ask went on more than I wanted to, in order to get to an out the door price. Which was followed by a additional warranty pitch. The financing is fair and comparable to credit union rates. The car was cleaned on a full tank at pick up.
